"The Board shall hold one regular meeting each month. Regular meetings shall be held at 7:00pm.The yearly calendar of monthly meetings will be approved at the June meeting. The Board shall meet in closed session when necessary. Closed sessions, in conjunction with regular meetings, will be posted at the same time as the regular meeting agendas. The meeting site shall be equitably distributed between Etna and Fort Jones.” BB 9320(a) The Board may hold a closed session at any time during a regular or special meeting.” BB 9321(a)
